Oxford woman held on Philadelphia arrest warrant
A 28-year-old Oxford woman contacted police saying she had an active Philadelphia arrest warrant and was taken into custody to await extradition.
On August 18, 2026 at 7:29 p.m., Oxford Police were contacted by Tinnaisha Hall, 28, of Oxford, who reported she had an active arrest warrant and wanted to surrender. Hall was confirmed to have an outstanding warrant from the City of Philadelphia, taken into custody, processed at the Oxford Police Department, and transported by constables to Chester County Prison to await extradition to Philadelphia (OP-26-03780, OUT OF COUNTY CRIMINAL WARRANT — All Other - Criminal).
