Penn Manor student cited after vape alert reveals marijuana in bathroom
A vape alert at Penn Manor High School led to a search that uncovered a marijuana-containing vaping device and a citation for disorderly conduct.
On September 8, 2026, Millersville Borough officers responded to a vape alert in a girls' bathroom at Penn Manor High School. Officers and school staff escorted multiple female students for questioning; during the investigation a 17-year-old was searched by school employees and found to be carrying a vaping device containing marijuana, which she admitted using in the bathroom. The student received a citation for disorderly conduct.
