Police seek man who posed as Kinetic solicitor in Joanna store area
Caernarvon Township police seek the identity of a man who claimed to be a Kinetic High Speed Internet solicitor while photographing properties and knocking on doors in the Joanna store area.
On Sunday, Sept. 20, 2026, at about 1:16 p.m., Caernarvon Township police say a white man in his 30s claimed to be a solicitor for Kinetic High Speed Internet— a company that reported he is not affiliated with them. He was seen taking photos of properties and knocking on doors in the Joanna store area and has a possible flower tattoo down his right forearm; he left before officers arrived.
