Rebekah Jayne Hutchison arrested on DUI and five additional charges
Northern Lancaster County Regional Police stopped a vehicle in Warwick Township and arrested a 41-year-old driver on multiple DUI and drug-related charges.
On September 8, 2026 at about 9:50 a.m., Northern Lancaster County Regional Police stopped a vehicle for a vehicle-code violation near Highlands Drive and Wickshire Circle in Warwick Township, Lititz. Officers identified the driver as 41-year-old Rebekah Jayne Hutchison and, believing she was intoxicated, began a DUI investigation; she was found to have a combination of controlled substances in her system. Hutchison was charged with four counts of DUI (including 75-3802(D2), 75-3802(D1I), 75-3802(D1III), 75-3802(D3)), possession of a controlled substance (35-780-113(A16)), possession of drug paraphernalia (35-780-113(A32)), and multiple summary violations before MDJ Stauffer.
