Ricky Jennings arrested for shoplifting $676 at Lower Allen Walmart
Lower Allen Township police say loss prevention spotted a man concealing merchandise at the Walmart on Hartzdale Drive; officers later arrested him with $676.14 in items.
On August 29, 2026 at about 4:30 PM, Lower Allen Township Police responded to Walmart, 3400 Hartzdale Drive, for an active retail theft after loss prevention reported a Black male in all black attempting to conceal merchandise. Officers located and identified the suspect as Ricky Jennings, 34, and recovered $676.14 worth of various items. Jennings was taken to Cumberland County Prison and charges were filed under case LA-26-04406 for (18) 3929 (A)(1) retail theft (shoplifting).
