Ricky Jennings arrested in alleged Walmart shoplifting

On August 29, 2026, at about 4:30 p.m., Lower Allen Township police were dispatched to the Walmart at 3400 Hartzdale Drive for an active retail theft after loss prevention reported a black male in all black concealing merchandise and fleeing on foot. Officers located and identified 34-year-old Ricky Jennings, who was found with $676.14 worth of items; he was taken to Cumberland County Prison and charges were filed.
