Nazareth Borough Police arrested 31-year-old Robert Jalela Rivers on Sept. 22, 2026, on criminal warrants charging him with simple assault (18§2701) and harassment (18§2709). The charges stem from a May 11, 2025, domestic disturbance at a residence on N. Convent Ave. where a female victim suffered an arm laceration allegedly caused by a razor blade; the warrant was issued May 12, 2025 by Magisterial District Judge John Capobianco (docket MJ-03208-CR-0000102-2025, reference ID 2025-3262).
