Roger T. Agamie arrested on theft and fraud-related charges

Agamie, 46, was arrested by the Fremont County Sheriff’s Office on Thursday, Aug. 27, 2026, at 7:46 p.m. He was taken on a warrant alleging theft of $20,000 to $100,000 and three additional counts: fraud in effecting sales, defrauding a secured creditor, and failure to pay over account. The arrest was processed at the Fremont County Justice Center in Canon City, Colorado.
