Staff Handbook Updated — Acknowledgment Due Nov. 30
Lafayette College Human Resources has revised the Staff Handbook and requires all staff to review it and complete an electronic acknowledgment by Mon., Nov. 30.
The Staff Handbook has been updated and is available to all Lafayette College staff. All staff must review and complete the electronic handbook acknowledgment form by Mon., Nov. 30. Key updates to the handbook include the addition of detailed guidelines on drugs and alcohol, progressive discipline, workplace violence, conflicts of interest, retaliation, and reporting convictions, as well as updates to bereavement leave, smoking policy, and blackout periods. Information on key updates can be found on the Human Resources website. Human Resources invites all staff to register for education sessions about these updates and the handbook in general.
