Student cited for disorderly conduct at Penn Manor High School
An 18-year-old student admitted to using marijuana before arriving at Penn Manor High School and was cited by Millersville Borough Police.
On September 16, 2026, Penn Manor High School administrators received a report of a student suspected of being under the influence of marijuana. The student, 18-year-old Canyon Clay Heiselman, was summoned to the office, admitted to smoking marijuana prior to arriving, turned over a baggie of marijuana and was cited for Disorderly Conduct (Act 64) by Millersville Borough Police at 9:15 a.m.
