On August 11, 2026 at 7:27 PM, Lower Allen Township officers stopped a vehicle in the Capital City Mall parking lot when a passenger committing a vehicle code violation gave the false name “Felton Williams.” Officers recognized the provided address as matching a person wanted on an active felony robbery warrant from PSP Lykens, confirmed the passenger as Terrance Eugene Williams by photo, and he attempted to flee on foot before being apprehended. A search incident to arrest yielded marijuana, suspected methamphetamine, a glass pipe commonly used to inhale meth, and a hypodermic needle loaded with a black tar-like substance; Williams was taken to Cumberland County Prison and charged with flight to avoid apprehension, false ID to law enforcement officer, possession of a controlled substance, possession of a small amount of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
