On August 14, 2026, at about 9:18 p.m., Millersville Borough Police cited 57-year-old Todd James Gould for disorderly conduct after officers encountered him intoxicated and observed him stumble across the street and lose his balance. Gould said he had consumed multiple shots at a nearby establishment; officers escorted him to his residence and he was charged with disorderly conduct.
