On October 9, 2026 at about 8:00 p.m., Susquehanna Regional Police responded to a harassment report at 2493 River Rd, Bainbridge. Officers say 52-year-old Tonya Rae Hadley-Junker continued to contact the victim after being told to stop and was charged with harassment by communication; she is described as a 52-year-old White female, 4'6", 180 lbs, with blue-gray eyes.
