Traffic light issues at Edgmont Ave and Brookhaven Rd

A vehicle crash damaged the traffic control box at the intersection of Edgmont Avenue and Brookhaven Road, and replacement equipment led to shortened light cycles and increased traffic backups. The police department and the Borough Engineer are working with the vendor to restore normal operation; officials say most issues have been resolved and they continue to monitor the intersection.
