Officers stopped a vehicle for violations on the 500 block of W. Trenton Ave. around 4:00 p.m.; the male driver was confrontational and a strong odor of marijuana was detected in the vehicle. Officers observed a 'roach' and marijuana shake in plain view; the driver and passenger denied having medical marijuana cards. The driver refused consent to search, the vehicle was impounded, a search warrant executed on Sept. 30 turned up evidence of packaging and sales, and charges were filed against a 44-year-old man from Ewing, N.J.
