Tomorrow is Halloween; Lititz Borough patrol officers will be handing out candy from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM. The department urges adults to accompany children and follow safety tips: wear reflective costumes or use glow sticks, stay on sidewalks or walk facing traffic if no sidewalk exists, visit only well-lit homes, travel in groups, be cautious when crossing streets, set a curfew and boundaries, and inspect all candy for signs of tampering.
