On September 3, 2026, Millersville police responded to a disturbance at Penn Manor High School after a teacher intervened in a physical altercation between two students outside a classroom. Security footage showed both juveniles engaged in mutual combat, exchanging multiple punches, and both were issued citations for disorderly conduct related to fighting.
