Lebanon City Police have an active arrest warrant for Victor Manuel Rivera, 39, of Lebanon (male Hispanic, 6'0", 230 lbs) for flight to avoid apprehension after he was advised he was wanted by the Lebanon County Probation Office. The warrant (case 2026-21453) was issued Oct. 12, 2026. Anyone with information on Rivera's whereabouts is asked to contact the Lebanon City Police Department or submit a tip through Crimewatch.
