Jerry L. Strouth, 44, of Waynesboro was charged following a traffic stop conducted May 29 at 1:09 a.m. on S. Potomac Street. He faces one count each of carrying a firearm without a license, prohibited offensive weapons and possession of a controlled substance, plus three counts of driving under the influence of alcohol and/or a controlled substance (WPD-202604613).
