Waynesboro man charged with firearms, prohibited-weapon, possession and three DUI counts
A Waynesboro man faces multiple weapons, drug and DUI charges after a late-night traffic stop on S. Potomac Street.
Jerry L. Strouth, 44, of Waynesboro, was charged following a traffic stop on May 29 at 1:09 a.m. on S. Potomac Street. He faces one count each of firearms not to be carried without a license, prohibited offensive weapons and possession of a controlled substance, and three counts of driving under the influence of alcohol and/or a controlled substance.
