Sarah L. Evans, 44, was arrested by the Fremont County Sheriff’s Office on Sunday, August 16, 2026, at 9:47 a.m. in Canon City (Stratmoor Dr). She faces charges of criminal mischief, theft, third-degree assault, harassment and domestic violence and was taken into custody on case numbers 26M476 and 26CR257 and an associated warrant. The arrest was handled by the Fremont County Sheriff’s Office.
