Woman sentenced to state prison for methamphetamine delivery
Sentenced after arrest by the McKean County Drug Task Force; ordered to pay lab fees and restitution.
District Attorney Stephanie Vettenburg-Shaffer reports that Suzette MUSOLINO was sentenced on October 16 after her arrest by the McKean County Drug Task Force for selling methamphetamine. She was ordered to serve at least 12 months to no more than 36 months in state prison and to pay lab fees, restitution to the McKean County Drug Task Force, and other terms.
