The Wyomissing Police Department has joined the Blue Envelope Program to assist drivers with disabilities during traffic stops. Drivers can place license, registration, insurance and an information sheet with emergency contacts or medical details in a blue envelope available at the department lobby to promote safer, more respectful interactions.
