ABE posts 13% October passenger growth, adds Fort Myers flights
Lehigh Valley International Airport handled 93,240 passengers in October 2025—a 13.0% year‑over‑year gain—while air cargo rose 20.8%.
Over 90,000 passengers travel through ABE in October
(Hanover Township, PA) – Last month, 93,240 passengers used Lehigh Valley International Airport (ABE) – a 13.0% increase from October of the previous year.
“This ranks among the best Octobers regarding activity on record at ABE. We continue to prepare for the holiday rush over the next two months and encourage travelers to give themselves extra time and pack their patience,” said Thomas R. Stoudt, Executive Director, Lehigh-Northampton Airport Authority (LNAA).

By the numbers, Allegiant jumped 24.7% and Delta increased 9.9%. Meanwhile, United declined 3.4% and American dropped 4.8%.
Flying to Fort Myers

Holiday Traditions
The Annual “Festival of Trees” is scheduled from December 1st through January 1st with students from fifteen local schools providing decorations and creating a festive travel environment at ABE.
Additionally, the Holiday Concert Series will have (3) performances in the Wilfred M. “Wiley” Post, Jr. Gate Concourse by the following chorale groups:
