Aetna names Corey Pleasants CEO of Aetna Better Health of Pennsylvania
Pleasants will lead clinical outcomes, provider partnerships and community initiatives from Aetna’s Blue Bell office.
Aetna Better Health of Pennsylvania has named Corey Pleasants as its new CEO. He will operate out of the company’s Blue Bell office.
According to the announcement, Pleasants will lead strategies that strengthen clinical outcomes, advance provider partnerships and deepen the company’s community impact across the state.
Pleasants brings more than 15 years of experience supporting Medicaid populations, and his combination of public sector leadership and health plan expertise positions him well to build on the plan’s strong foundation.
He most recently served as chief operating officer of Aetna Better Health of Virginia.
