Alexander Blair arrested on robbery charge in Mechanicsburg

Alexander Blair, 26, turned himself in to Mechanicsburg police on August 31, 2026, after a warrant was issued charging him with robbery and theft by unlawful taking. Police allege that on August 11, 2026, around 4:44 p.m. on the 1st block of East Keller Street, a passenger was grabbed during a vehicle stop and Blair, identified as the driver, took $800 in cash and the passenger's cell phone. He was arraigned, held on $3,000 secure bail, transported to Cumberland County Prison, and a preliminary hearing is pending (Docket MJ-09305-CR-0000169-2026, Ref. MBG-2026-08-0450).
