Brandon Scott Bailey charged with 2 counts of DUI after Carlisle Road crash
A 51-year-old man was arrested after a May 5 vehicle crash on Carlisle Road and later charged with two counts of DUI following a toxicology report.
On May 5, 2026, at approximately 2220 hours (11:20 p.m.), West Manchester Township Police investigated a motor vehicle accident on Carlisle Road and arrested 51-year-old Brandon Scott Bailey on suspicion of DUI. After receipt of the toxicology report, Bailey was formally charged with two counts of DUI on August 1, 2026 (CR-344-26).
