Felix Vasquez-Mejia, 36, charged with DUI after refusing breath test in East Petersburg

On Oct. 25, 2026 at about 8:50 p.m., Northern Lancaster County Regional Police stopped a vehicle at Graystone Road and Main Street in East Petersburg and identified the driver as 36-year-old Felix Vasquez-Mejia of Lancaster. Officers suspected the driver was impaired, he refused to submit to a breath test, and was charged with one count of DUI (75-3802(A)(1) — general impairment) and two summary traffic violations; the charges are before MDJ Chudzik.
