Felix Vasquez-Mejia charged with DUI after refusing breath test in East Petersburg
A Lancaster man was stopped in East Petersburg on Oct. 25 and charged with DUI after refusing a breath test.
On October 25, 2026, around 8:50 p.m., Northern Lancaster County Regional Police stopped a vehicle at Graystone Road and Main Street in East Petersburg and identified the driver as Felix Vasquez-Mejia, 36, of Lancaster. Officers began a DUI investigation after detecting signs of impairment; Vasquez-Mejia refused to submit to a breath test and was charged with one count of DUI (75-3802 (A1) DUI GENERAL IMPAIRMENT (M)) and two summary traffic violations.
