Five charged with felony forgery and theft in $58,600 elder fraud; woman also charged in Media Little League case
A four-month Nether Providence Township Police investigation led to felony arrest warrants after fraudulent withdrawals and a wire transfer drained a senior’s TD Bank checking account.
On Sept. 9, 2026, Magisterial District Judge Elizabeth Gallard signed felony arrest warrants for Shakeem Wilson (32), Mustafa Midgett (29), Kristina Oduaran (26), Brian Walden Jr. (35) and Robin Massing (57) after a four-month Nether Providence Township Police investigation found $58,600 was fraudulently removed from a senior’s TD Bank checking account between May 8 and May 11, 2026. Detective James Irey identified the suspects through TD Bank statements and surveillance; investigators say the defendants made multiple over‑the‑counter withdrawals and a wire transfer at branches in Pennsylvania, Delaware and New Jersey, and that Massing — who also faces charges alleging she defrauded the Media Little League — is wanted on eight additional arrest warrants in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and North Carolina.
