Fulton Bank is helping the Da Vinci Science Center in Allentown bring valuable career skills to students in the Lehigh Valley

Fulton Bank has made a large donation in support of the organization’s 2025-2026 Neighborhood Assistance Program (NAP).

Pennsylvania‘s Neighborhood Assistance Program provides tax credits to businesses that make contributions to approved organizations addressing neighborhood needs.

This investment will expand access to high-quality science, technology, engineering, art, and mathematics (STEAM) education for students from under-resourced communities across the Lehigh Valley, equipping the next generation with the skills and experiences needed to succeed in the region’s growing innovation economy.

Fulton’s contribution will directly support three key program areas:

  • Career Pathways Programming: Funds will deliver high-impact Career Pathways programming designed to inspire and prepare students at every stage of their educational journey.
  • Fab Lab and Mobile Fab Lab Materials: The contribution will fund materials for Da Vinci Science Center’s Fab Lab and Mobile Fab Lab, which will support the development of new photonics and optics learning experiences. These experiences introduce students to the science of light, data transmission, and photonics-based manufacturing – skills in high demand across the Lehigh Valley’s rapidly expanding advanced manufacturing sectors.
  • Real-World Business Connections: Students will be connected with local businesses to explore the science and engineering behind real-world careers. These partnerships are geared to help students see themselves as future innovators and professionals.

“Through our Fulton Forward initiative, we support workforce development efforts that can help introduce students to potential future careers,” said Kenneth Remick, senior commercial relationship manager at Fulton Bank. “We are grateful for the work of Da Vinci Science Center and the opportunity to collaborate with them to fulfill our purpose to change lives for the better.”
