To host an event on Columbia Borough public property you must complete an Event Request—available at the Borough Office or online—and submit it at least 60 days before the event. A $50 fee applies for timely submissions, with an additional $10 charged for applications submitted within the 60-day window; all applications must be approved by Borough Council at a regular meeting. Food truck owners must submit a Food Truck Application plus copies of their driver’s license, vehicle registration, and Serve Safe certificate; no event may be held without the proper approvals.
