James E. Haines arrested on theft by unlawful taking charge
A Philadelphia man was arrested in connection with an April incident in which a motorcycle was moved and its ignition cover damaged near a CVS on Lititz Pike.
James E. Haines, 41, was arrested by the Philadelphia Police Department on Sept. 8 and arraigned by MDJ Monson on Sept. 10; he was released on $10,000 unsecured bail and the warrant was canceled. He faces a Theft by Unlawful Taking (motor vehicle theft) warrant stemming from an April 11 incident at the CVS on 1507 Lititz Pike in Manheim Township, where a motorcycle was moved and its ignition cover broken. Witnesses described a white Hispanic-looking male with tattoos and a cross-body bag who asked them to jump-start the motorcycle and provided a motel address; a photo matched that description.
