Tataityanna Harris Arrested in Ephrata on Aggravated Assault (F2) Charge
Ephrata police say hospital security footage shows Tataityanna Harris struck a health care worker; she was arraigned and held on $50,000 bail.
The Ephrata Police Department arrested 23-year-old Tataityanna Mati Harris of Harrisburg after officers responded to Wellspan Hospital on October 18, 2026, at 11:17 a.m. Hospital security footage and a victim interview show Harris striking a health care worker in the face. Harris was arraigned by MDJ Landis on October 19, 2026, charged with Aggravated Assault (F2) (case 2026-17385) and committed to Lancaster County Prison in lieu of $50,000 cash bail; she is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
