The Ephrata Police Department arrested Tataityanna Mati Harris, 23, of Harrisburg, for aggravated assault (F2) after officers say hospital security footage showed her strike a health care worker in the face at Wellspan Hospital on October 18, 2026. Harris was arraigned by MDJ Landis on October 19, 2026, and committed to Lancaster County Prison in lieu of $50,000 cash bail; she is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
