Larken launches Phase II improvements at Horizons at The Village at Whitehall
Developer Larken Associates has begun Phase II of a multi-year capital improvement program at the fully leased 55+ community in Whitehall, PA.
Larken Associates announced that it has launched Phase II of its multi-year capital improvement project at Horizons at The Village at Whitehall, a 55+ active adult Larken Living community located at 3108 St. Stephens Lane in Whitehall,
Horizons at The Village at Whitehall is a four-building community featuring a mix of two- and three-bedroom luxury apartments.
Phase I of the project was handled by Core Enterprises, Larken Associates’ in-house construction division.
The project brought upgrades to Building 1, including the community clubhouse and fitness center to shared amenity spaces such as the game room, library and meeting room.
“We see every renovation project as an opportunity to elevate the daily living experience and create communities where residents feel even more comfortable, connected, and at home,” said Jessica Heckman, executive vice president of Multifamily Operations.
Horizons at The Village at Whitehall is currently fully leased.
