The event will be held Wednesday, April 22 at the Delta by Marriott Allentown Lehigh Valley in Breinigsville11:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m.
The event will offer insights into the region’s housing and commercial property markets and will feature expert panel discussions, market trend analysis, and networking opportunities designed to help attendees navigate the evolving real estate landscape.
Key topics will include market trends and forecasts as well as regulatory and economic updates.
Speakers will include Don Cunningham, LVEDC president & CEO; Becky Bradley, LVPC executive director and Justin Porembo, CEO of Greater Lehigh Valley Realtors.
The 2026 Lehigh Valley Commercial Real Estate Development Award will be presented to the Goodman Building Redevelopment at 30 – 32 East Third St. in Bethlehem.
