Palmer Township Police have an active arrest warrant for 35-year-old Justin Eric Brobst after he allegedly selected a Milwaukee lawn mower and a Dewalt power washer valued at $1,948 at the Home Depot (721 S. 25th Street) on August 2, 2026 at 4:15 p.m., loaded them into a white Ford Expedition and drove away without paying. Brobst is described as a 35-year-old white male, 6'0\" and 175 lbs with hazel brown eyes, and is charged with retail theft (18 §3929(A)(1), F3) and criminal conspiracy to commit retail theft (18 §903, F3); case numbers include #26-08091 and MJ-3209-CR-0000127-2026.
