Requirements to Host an Event on Columbia Borough Public Property

To host an event on Columbia Borough public property you must submit an Event Request at least 60 days before the event; a $50 fee applies for timely submissions and an additional $10 is charged if the application is submitted within 60 days of the event. Event Requests must be approved by Borough Council at a regular meeting. Food truck owners must submit a Food Truck Application with copies of their driver’s license, vehicle registration and Serve Safe certificate; no event may be held on borough property without the required approvals.
