Robert Hastings Charged with Using Leased/Rented/Loaned Vehicle Not Equipped With Interlock Device
A Poughkeepsie man was charged after authorities say he operated a leased, rented or loaned vehicle that lacked a required ignition interlock device.
Robert S. Hastings, 38, was charged Sept. 3, 2026, with use of a leased, rented or loaned vehicle not equipped with a required ignition interlock device. The charge was filed by the Dutchess County District Attorney's Office in Poughkeepsie (Academy St, Poughkeepsie, NY 12601) and is listed under DUI.
