Warminster man sentenced for possessing child pornography, including AI-generated images
Christopher L. O’Neill, 47, was sentenced after investigators found hundreds of child sexual abuse files, including AI-generated images of a 15-year-old neighbor.
Christopher L. O’Neill, 47, of Warminster was sentenced to 7 to 20 years in state prison plus a consecutive year of probation after pleading guilty to possessing and distributing child pornography, some of which was generated using AI tools. Common Pleas Judge Stephen A. Corr designated O’Neill a sexually violent predator, requiring lifetime registration, after expert testimony; investigators recovered 694 illicit photos and videos from Google Photos and two images from PicsArt, and confirmed some files involving a 15-year-old neighbor were AI-generated. The investigation began June 10, 2025 after multiple CyberTips and found O’Neill saved, shared and uploaded material between Sept. 26, 2024 and May 7, 2025; he later pleaded guilty in a related theft case after stealing items, including the young girl’s underwear, from her home.
