Bradford Man Ruled a Sexually Violent Predator
A judge found Daryl Robinson Jr. meets Pennsylvania’s statutory definition of a Sexually Violent Predator after expert testimony about his long-term, predatory offenses involving minors.
Daryl Robinson Jr., who pleaded guilty in June to crimes including involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, rape of a child, trafficking in individuals, and photographing a child in a state of nudity, was found on Oct. 7 to be a Sexually Violent Predator. Dr. Brenda Manno testified that his offenses spanned more than five years and were predatory, and the designation carries lifetime sex-offender registration and additional counseling requirements; Robinson is scheduled to be sentenced Dec. 3.
