South Penryn Road Closed for Railroad Track Repairs 9/14/26–9/18/26

Penn Township Public Works says South Penryn Road will be CLOSED at the railroad tracks by the Kreider Farms maintenance building from Monday morning 9/14/26 through the afternoon of Friday 9/18/26 while Norfolk Southern performs maintenance and replaces the crossing tracks. All vehicles — including emergency vehicles, school buses and mail carriers — will not be able to get through that area during the week; a detour will be in place. The notice was issued by Penn Township Public Works and the Northern Lancaster County Regional Police Department; motorists should follow posted detours and travel safely.
