Trusted Land Transfer, a title and real estate settlement service provider. is expanding into the Lehigh Valley and has appointed longtime banking executive Ron Donchez as its Lehigh Valley Market president.

The company’s new office is in the Ben Franklin Technology Partners complex in Bethlehem.

From there, Donchez will lead regional operations and business development efforts across Northampton, Lehigh and surrounding counties.

The expansion is part of an effort to broaden the company’s footprint beyond its Philadelphia roots.

The firm expanded into Bucks and Montgomery counties through its 2023 acquisition of Plymouth Group, entered the South Jersey market with the acquisition of Brennan Title Abstract in 2024. Most recently it expanded into Western Pennsylvania through its merger with Lawyers Settlement Abstract in Pittsburgh.

Company leadership said in a release that the decision to enter the market organically, by opening a new office and hiring a well-known local leader, reflects both the strength of the region and the importance of relationships in commercial real estate.

Donchez brings more than 40 years of experience in commercial banking and is widely recognized throughout the Lehigh Valley for his work with developers, lenders, business owners and community leaders.

While the company has already handled transactions involving Lehigh Valley properties, the new office signals a long-term commitment to the market.

Under Donchez’s leadership, Trusted Land Transfer plans to build relationships with attorneys, lenders, developers and commercial real estate professionals throughout the region.
