Windsor man arrested in Lower Windsor Township on false ID and multiple driving charges
Derek T. Fleagle was taken into custody on Sept. 8 after an officer found false identification and several vehicle-related violations on Gun Club Road.
On Sept. 8, 2026 at about 2:42 p.m., Derek T. Fleagle, 46, of Windsor was charged in the 500 block of Gun Club Road in Lower Windsor Township with false identification to law enforcement (M3), driving with a suspended/revoked license, driving an unregistered vehicle, operating without required financial responsibility, and violating a hazard statute. An officer arrested and transported him to Central Booking for processing and arraignment; a preliminary hearing will be scheduled before MDJ 19-3-01 Judge Fishel. Fleagle is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
