Windsor man charged with false ID, multiple traffic offenses in Lower Windsor Township
Derek T. Fleagle was arrested Sept. 8 after allegedly giving a false name and committing multiple driving-related violations.
On Sept. 8, 2026 at about 2:42 p.m., Derek T. Fleagle, 46, of Windsor was arrested in the 500 block of Gun Club Road in Lower Windsor Township and charged with False Identification to Law Enforcement (M3) and four additional offenses: Driving with a suspended/revoked license, Driving an unregistered vehicle, Operating a vehicle without required financial responsibility, and Violating a hazard. A Lower Windsor Township officer took Fleagle to Central Booking for processing and arraignment; a preliminary hearing will be scheduled at MDJ 19-3-01 in Judge Fishel's office. Fleagle is considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
