YMI Insurance doubles Lehigh Valley footprint with two acquisitions

YMI Insurance on Wednesday announced that it has acquired Robertson Insurance Group in Bethlehem and Carl H. Myers Agency in Allentown.  

The additions will double YMI’s size and significantly expand its footprint in the Lehigh Valley, quadrupling the number of clients it serves in the region. 

YMI President Jimi Honochick said the combination expands market access for clients, brings together the experience of three trusted agencies, and strengthens YMI’s ability to serve clients and communities across the region.  

He said YMI is retaining all of the licensed agents from both agencies, ensuring continuity of service.

Cindy Haelig, president, Robertson Insurance Group, also commented.
