On May 18, 2026, a lone individual entered the Verizon Wireless Zone at 110 E. Street Road in Feasterville and removed assorted electronics valued at approximately $29,000. Video surveillance helped investigators link the scene to a vehicle registered to 39-year-old Zeldrick H. Nance of Trenton, NJ; that vehicle was stopped in Hamilton, NJ with Nance operating it. A criminal complaint charging Nance with Criminal Conspiracy to Burglary was filed, and a preliminary hearing on September 09, 2026 held the charge for the Court of Common Pleas; the Lower Southampton Township Police continue working to identify the person who entered and removed the items.
