Renovo Police allege that on 08/08/26 Mandy L. Cook, 48, obtained keys to an apartment at 1343 Huron Ave through trickery and deceit and began moving property into a unit she did not legally rent. The apartment owner reported the incident within hours; officers removed Cook and others from the property and recovered the stolen key. Cook was charged with criminal trespass (3503(A)(1)(I), F3) and theft by deception (3922(A)(1), M1); the matter is before MDJ Keith Kibler with bond listed at $1,500.
