Adult male wounded in shooting on 700 block of North 17th Street
An adult male suffered a non-life-threatening gunshot wound in the early hours of Aug. 18; Harrisburg police say the investigation is ongoing.
On Tuesday, August 18, 2026, at about 12:45 a.m., Harrisburg Police responded to reports of shots fired on the 700 block of North 17th Street and found an adult male with a non-life-threatening gunshot wound. The victim was transported to a local hospital and an investigation was initiated and remains ongoing.
